Identify the parties and price
Match the lender’s legal name to its verified registration. Check the amount advanced, total repayment, interest calculation, fees, insurance and schedule against the quotation. BluCross is not a party to an agreement made with an external provider.
Read the operational terms
Look for payment methods, references, treatment of failed collections, arrears, settlement and contact details. Ask about provisions you do not understand and keep the written response. A generic guide cannot confirm the terms of your agreement.
Keep an accessible copy
