Check the identity independently
Match the legal name and registration in an official register, then verify the website and contact details. A copied logo, HTTPS padlock or a registration number belonging to another company is not enough. Read how to check a provider.
Protect credentials and documents
Do not share banking passwords or PINs with someone claiming to be support. Inspect a document-upload or bank-connection request and start from the provider’s verified site. BluCross’s calculator does not request these details.
Check payment requests
Confirm an unfamiliar beneficiary or changed bank account through an established contact channel. Be cautious of demands for an urgent payment to release a promised loan. Keep messages and payment evidence if something appears wrong.

Contact your bank promptly for guidance on protecting the account and report the incident to the provider being impersonated. Follow official reporting routes. A concern about content on this site can be sent through our website contact.
