Pay the company on your agreement

BluCross does not collect instalments. Use payment details supplied by your lender through a verified channel. Confirm an unexpected change of bank details independently before sending money.

Check amount, date and reference

Use the agreed reference, check processing times and keep proof of payment. An EFT that is sent is not necessarily allocated to the account immediately. Ask the lender how to avoid a duplicate collection if a debit order is also scheduled.

When the date or amount changes

A website calculator cannot change your agreement. Contact the lender before the due date, ask whether a change is possible and get the amount, dates and costs in writing. See changing a payment date or payment difficulties.
