What confirmation means
DebiCheck lets you confirm debit-order details through your bank. Confirming a mandate is a separate event from a lender approving an application or paying money into your account. Use the bank’s official channel.
Check before you confirm
Compare the collecting company, account, amount and timing with your agreement. Ask the lender about an unfamiliar collection name or a first payment that differs from later ones. Do not confirm simply because an unexpected message says the request is urgent.
Changes and questions
Ask the lender and your bank what happens if a request expires or the agreed details change. Do not assume deleting a mandate settles a debt. BluCross does not issue mandates or receive repayments. See the official DebiCheck consumer questions and repayment guide.
